Your project: Taimi. It is one of the largest, fully inclusive LGBTQI+ dating app. It is carefully designed so that you can explore your sexuality and passion. We and our users believe that people find their attractions and mutuals in a sexually fluid environment with full freedom of choice. Taimi has partnered with Doja Cat, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, The Ellen Show, Rolling Stone Magazine, and more. 20 million users, 2 million messages daily, 4.5/5 Apple Store and 4.3/5 Google Play.

You will:

  • Build a creative team and processes from scratch;
  • Research and generate ideas for ads;
  • Monitor the ads of the market/competitors, follow trends, find new formats;
  • Set tasks for the team of designers and monitor their implementation;
  • Analyse the effectiveness of creatives according to the metrics of ad accounts;
  • Build processes with hypothesis validation and scaling of successful ads.

From you:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with Tier1 markets;
  • Creativity, self-organization, and ability to generate bold ideas;
  • Copywriting skills and knowing how to transform ideas into catchy headlines;
  • Level of English at least B2;
  • Understanding of digital marketing and knowing how to derive insights from data and apply them effectively;
  • Successful track record in creating creative assets.

Will be an advantage:

  • Relevant experience in working with creatives for web;
  • Experience in hiring and developing specialists, leading teams;
  • Experience working with niches such as Social Discovery, Dating, LGBTQ+.
