Your project: Taimi. It is an inclusive LGBTQ+ dating app. It is carefully designed to explore users' diverse romantic and sexual preferences. The app ranks among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S. by downloads and has partnerships with Doja Cat, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, The Ellen Show, Rolling Stone Magazine, and more. Taimi today: 31M users, 1,5M MAU, 84M+ matches annually.
You will:
• Work with organic content as the main focus: creating content for social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), and GIPHY
• Collaborate closely with a Creative Producer who defines tasks, ideas, messages, and content goals — while you focus on strong visual execution
• Be part of a cross-functional team of creative production and SMM managers
• Actively participate in brainstorms for organic content: generating ideas, formats, and visual approaches together with producers and SMMs
• Produce organic content end-to-end — from concept to delivery
• Work with both static and motion content (video, animation, GIPHY formats, simple UGC and social-first creatives)
• Occasionally contribute to paid creatives (Meta, TikTok, etc.) by adapting organic ideas to advertising formats
• Experiment with formats, styles, and approaches; quickly test hypotheses and scale successful solutions
• Work within brand guidelines while having room for creative experimentation
We’ll have a match if you:
• Have at least 1 year of experience creating organic social media content, including video and motion
• Are comfortable working with both static and motion content and understand social-first formats and platform dynamics
• Have a portfolio showcasing relevant social media work
• Are confident using After Effects, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Enjoy brainstorming, experimenting, and developing ideas — not just executing templates
• Are open to occasionally working on paid creatives and adapting organic ideas for ads
• Are proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback
• Have English at an Intermediate level or higher and are motivated to keep improving
• Bonus: experience or interest in short looping videos, meme culture, and AI-powered tools
