As the Influencer Marketing Manager at Taimi, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns. You will work closely with influencers to create compelling content that aligns with Taimi’s brand message and drives engagement and growth. Your role will involve managing relationships, coordinating campaign logistics, and analyzing performance to ensure impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with Taimi's brand objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and negotiate with influencers that fit our brand and campaign goals.
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with Taimi’s voice and standards.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for influencers throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with key influencers.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including views, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
  • Calculate and report on CPM.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and insights to inform future campaigns.

Knowledge Base and Analytics Development:

  • Create and maintain detailed profiles of influencers and past campaign performances.
  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge base documenting best practices, case studies, and lessons learned.
  • Set up and manage a real-time analytics dashboard for ongoing campaign tracking.

Trend Analysis and Strategy:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct regular trend analysis to identify new opportunities and improve campaign strategies.
  • Recommend and implement innovative approaches to influencer marketing.

From you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
