You will:

  • Define and implement our overall brand strategy and ensure a compelling brand expression across all consumer touchpoints, including brand media, performance platforms, and offline channels;
  • Develop creative campaigns that have a meaningful impact on our target audiences, positioning Hily as the US favourite place to meet like-minded people;
  • Be our internal and external brand ambassador. Set our marketing teams up for success, helping them develop content that fosters trust and loyalty towards the Hily brand;
  • Continuously seek innovative and impactful ways to enhance our brand's creative approach and bring our personality to life;
  • Overall stakeholder management — document strategies and provide periodic updates to internal and external audiences.

From you:

  • Consumer-centric mindset: a deep understanding of the needs of our customers. Able to empathise with them and effectively communicate how Hily can change their lives;
  • A desire to continuously learn, staying updated on industry trends, tactics and competitive media landscape;
  • Belief in the power of creative storytelling and its ability to drive engagement and brand preference;
  • Proven experience in paid user acquisition, including multichannel media strategy and creative campaign management, collaborating effectively with both external and internal teams;
  • Able to think outside the box to develop campaigns that make a real impact with our customers;
  • Analytical mindset, able to leverage data and research insights to drive informed decisions and improve creative output.
