Join our growing team as a Strategy&Growth Lead, who will take ownership of our S&G function and team development.

You and your team will work closely with the C-level executives of appflame on topics related to strategic development, investment decisions, operational excellence, new initiatives and startups launching, competitive intelligence, AI implementation, etc.

You’ll have an opportunity to deep dive into all aspects of product IT company operations — from marketing and product development to hiring and HR, both within appflame and with the vast network of our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cooperation with the company’s management on key strategic initiatives to achieve goals faster and in a more efficient way.
• Hiring and development of analysts and other potential roles in the Strategy & Growth team.
• Participation in internal and external investment projects to ensure our decisions generate the best possible returns.
• Development of a strategic analysis framework to help the company spot the latest trends and grab opportunities as fast as possible.
• Participation in hiring and HR processes to attract and retain the best talent.
• Building a strong network of contacts in the market to gather knowledge and insights that can be implemented in our company.

From you:

• 4+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance or product IT.
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Previous experience in hiring and management.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects with a clear impact.
• Strong analytical and research skills, high level of critical thinking, good general business acumen.
• Ability to understand complex topics and generate actionable insights based on your research.
• Energetic, cooperative and hands-on attitude, desire, and ability to get things done.
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing, with people at all levels in and outside the organization.
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Advanced level of English.

Will be an advantage:

• Previous experience in similar roles in the technology sector.
• Data analysis background with usage of SQL and BI tools.
• Experience in applied usage of web and mobile intelligence tools (SimilarWeb, Sensor Tower, AppMagic etc.).
