Your project: Taimi. It is one of the largest, fully inclusive LGBTQI+ dating app. It is carefully designed so that you can explore your sexuality and passion. We and our users believe that people find their attractions and mutuals in a sexually fluid environment with full freedom of choice. Taimi has partnered with Doja Cat, LP, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, The Ellen Show, Rolling Stone Magazine, and more. 20 million users, 2 million messages daily, 4.5/5 Apple Store and 4.3/5 Google Play.
You will:
- Conducting A/B tests: from assessing the feasibility of a hypothesis to presenting the results;
- Monitor product metrics, respond to unexpected changes, and investigate their causes;
- Conduct research to find correlations between product metrics and user retention;
- Collaborate with the design and development team to implement product logic;
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to convey information about products and findings.
From you:
- Proficient in SQL (knowledge of ClickHouse will be a plus);
- Experience with BI tools (preferably Tableau);
- Solid understanding of statistical principles and methodologies;
- Interest in working with data, proactivity, and the ability to take responsibility;
- Ability to structure and visualize information;
- High level of motivation and desire for development.
Will be an advantage:
- Expertise in data manipulation and analysis using Python;
- Experience in conducting A/B testing and evaluating product changes.
