You will:

  • Lead R&D Product Development: Own the product development process from ideation to execution, ensuring that products align with user needs and business goals, in close collaboration with the R&D team.
  • Drive Customer-Centered Strategies: Conduct customer research and translate insights into actionable product features that meet user needs and drive engagement.
  • Develop Game-Changing Features: Propose and develop game-changing product features that differentiate us in the market and contribute to Taimi's growth-driven R&D initiatives.
  • Increase DAU: Focus on increasing Daily Active Users by executing data-driven projects and product initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure results.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and the R&D team to ensure smooth execution and alignment on product vision.
  • Make Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and data to inform product strategy, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement, all while supporting the growth-focused direction of the R&D department.

From you:

  • Proven Product Management Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing product development from ideation to execution, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
  • Customer-Centered Focus: Demonstrated ability to conduct user research, gather insights, and integrate them into actionable product features that drive user engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Solid experience using data analytics to guide product decisions, measure success, and iterate based on performance metrics.
  • Flexible & Fast-Paced Work Experience: Experience managing projects in dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Growth-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to drive user growth, particularly through data-driven initiatives and focus on increasing Daily Active Users (DAU).
  • Excellent Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product execution.
  • Innovation & Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively, solve complex problems, and deliver innovative solutions that differentiate our products in the market.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and goals to both internal teams and stakeholders.

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience with R&D-driven Product Development: Familiarity with working in a growth-focused, R&D-oriented team, with an emphasis on experimentation and rapid iteration.
  • Experience with User Growth Strategies: Proven experience in developing and executing strategies aimed at increasing user engagement, retention, and overall growth.
  • Experience in Dating or Social Categories: Previous experience working in the dating, social networking, or similar industries, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in these markets.
