We’re hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to pioneer our R&D department! Take the lead in building the business development function from scratch, establish seamless partner workflows, and forge long-term relationships. If you’re a visionary who excels in business development, join us in shaping the future of our business.

You will:

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with partners;
  • Conduct market research, attract new partners;
  • Negotiate terms of cooperation;
  • Work closely with partners, facilitate onboarding, ensure clear communication, efficient usage of the platform, resolve issues related to payments, fines etc;
  • Improve partners' performance by using the existing KPIs and developing new ones;
  • Gather partners' feedback and participate in continuous product improvement;
  • Work in close cooperation with Product, Operations, Marketing teams to ensure smooth operation of the business.

From you:

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (B2 or higher);
  • You are ready to work in a startup environment and play a vital part in establishing the processes;
  • We hate micromanagement. You are a self-starter who works efficiently, generates & prioritizes tasks without being told what to do;
  • Successful experience in cultivating and managing relationships with various partners and stakeholders, demonstrating advanced skills in written and verbal communication, as well as strong negotiation skills;
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving results;
  • Proven ability to address systemic issues through problem-solving;
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools such as Tableau.

Will be an advantage:

  • Fluent Spanish will be a significant plus;
  • Basic SQL skills.
