As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our products using state-of-the-art technologies and data-driven insights. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools like SQL, Python, and R, create predictive models like Marketing Mix Modeling and GeoLift, improve LTV prediction accuracy and make an immediate impact on product development and marketing strategies.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Exploring large datasets to uncover meaningful insights and identify growth opportunities.
  • Implementing and optimizing advanced predictive models to measure and drive performance across our products.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to assess traffic quality and implement new optimization methods.
  • Optimizing code to improve performance and scalability.
  • Visualizing data to facilitate decision-making and generate actionable insights.
  • Proposing and testing new hypotheses to continually improve product and marketing strategies.
  • Contributing to the development of cutting-edge Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and experimenting with GeoLift to drive business growth.

What we’re looking for:

We want someone who is eager to learn, passionate about data, and excited about using modern technologies to solve complex challenges. If you're looking for a place where your ideas can be tested and implemented, this is the role for you!

You should bring:

  • A passion for technology and data, and a willingness to embrace new tools and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
  • SQL and Python knowledge.
  • The ability to work independently, set goals, and drive them to completion.
  • A desire to continuously learn and improve.

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Experience in marketing analytics in a product company.
  • Familiarity with machine learning models, especially for marketing optimization and predicting LTV.
  • Experience with tools like Clickhouse, Tableau, Metabase.
  • Familiarity with Git for version control and Airflow for workflow automation.
