Your project: Taimi. It is one of the largest, fully inclusive LGBTQI+ dating app. It is carefully designed so that you can explore your sexuality and passion. We and our users believe that people find their attractions and mutuals in a sexually fluid environment with full freedom of choice. Taimi has partnered with Doja Cat, LP, Katy Perry, Lil Nas X, Netflix, The Ellen Show, Rolling Stone Magazine, and more. 20 million users, 2 million messages daily, 4.5/5 Apple Store and 4.3/5 Google Play.

You will:

  • Creating static and video creatives, all validated and implemented through a data-driven approach;
  • Writing briefs for motion/graphics designers and content creators (concept, copywriting, structure, references, materials);
  • Approval of finished advertising creatives and UGC materials;
  • Adapting advertising creatives for various advertising platforms and audience segments;
  • Researching and analyzing creative strategies and tactics within the niche, including competitor analysis using various tools. Continuously developing hypotheses, generating ideas, consistently monitoring market trends and best practices in the field;
  • Assess the performance of advertising campaigns with the UA Manager and implement enhancements based on marketing and business metrics. Сame up with a conclusion/decision;
  • Collaborate with the team on a daily basis to review acquisition results and marketing metrics, and contribute new ideas, approaches, and tools to achieve team objectives. Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager, UA Manager, and Designers.

From you:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in creative production, specializing in Western markets;
  • Extensive experience with Meta, TikTok and promoting mobile apps, including current trends and best practices;
  • Ability to develop engaging catchy ad concepts tailored to specific target audiences;
  • Proficiency in performance-based marketing and a data-driven approach, with the capability to derive insights from data and apply them effectively;
  • In-depth understanding of our target audiences and a keen eye for detail;
  • Demonstrated creativity, with the ability to approach problems from different perspectives and reframe situations;
  • Strong empathy and attention to crucial details;
  • Proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership;
  • Open-mindedness and adaptability to change, enabling effective performance in a dynamic environment.

Will be an advantage:

  • Understanding and analysis of key performance metrics and generating ideas for their improvement;
  • Experience with Jira, Dropbox, Tableau, Google Sheets, AI tools;
  • Successful experience in creating creatives for the US market;
  • Experience working with niches such as Social Discovery, Dating, LGBTQ+.
