Your project: AdConnect. It is a business that specializes in building communication platforms, as well as SaaS solutions for traffic management and increasing user retention. Our project portfolio includes: web products in the social discovery, advertising network, SaaS solution for user retention. Our products have millions of users from all over the world – North and South America, Europe, Australia, and the list of markets is constantly growing.

For our late-stage project, we are seeking a highly skilled specialist with proven experience in building teams and launching products across various niches. Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Dating, SmartLink, and TDS is a plus.

The Marketing Growth Specialist's main goal is to optimize metrics to drive revenue growth. This involves discovering methods to increase the profitability of particular traffic segments or creating funnels for these segments, particularly if competitors are already utilizing similar strategies (such as APIs, new markets, or new verticals).

Your main KPIs will be:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with company objectives;
  • Analyze our product and find growth points for the business;
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for new strategies;
  • Track and report on ROI for new marketing activities to C-level;
  • Facilitate meetings, and brainstorming for new creative ideas;
  • Managing team and potentially hiring new marketing managers (after positive probation period).

From you:

  • Strong capabilities in analytics, as well as experience in media planning and budget management;
  • A demonstrated history of effectively launching significant new products and initiatives, combined with a determination to drive growth in existing products;
  • Experience in Affiliate Management or Media Buying (CPC, CPM) is essential;
  • Competitive spirit and desire for growth.

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience with various and complex Adtech mechanisms, including TDS, DSP, SmartLink, and API.
