We are looking for a passionate Creative Producer to join our R&D project.
You will:
- Research and generate ideas for ads.
- Gather market insights, analyze competitors' ads and follow trends.
- Set tasks for designers and monitor their implementation.
- Monitor creative tests results across META.
- Organize and conduct creative brainstorm sessions.
From you:
1 year in the creative field (advertising agency, copywriting, SMM) or performance marketing.
Monitoring advertising performance, adjusting strategies based on data, and identifying successful practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Structured approach to creative tasks.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Data-driven creative mind.
Upper-Intermediate English.
Creativity, self-organization, and ability to generate bold ideas.
Will be an advantage:
- Understanding of marketing tests.
- Experience in Video Production/Content Production.
- Digital agency experience.
